Following the political feud between Elon Musk and President Donald Trump, Musk is set to launch his own political party which is a historical move as it challenges America's long existing two party system. Musk is about to shake things up after the meltdown of his short lived bromance with President Trump, taking aim at the two party system that has long existed in the U.S political sphere since independence. According to Musk, the two party system is broken hence his decision to launch a new political party to prove it. The party which has been named 'America Party' was launched a day after Trump signed the $3.3T bill popularly refered as the 'big, beautiful bill' into law. The tech mogul described the existing two party system as a uniparty system that is a corrupt political establishment that no longer represent the American people. However, President Trump has commented on the development by calling the move by Elon to form a third party as 'Ridiculous' while other critics have pointed out that polls on X are informal, unlimited to American voters and vulnerable to bots. They added that third parties face difficult time gaining ground in the American political sphere as the system is built for two dominant parties.
