Maranatha Private School has announced a significant three-year partnership with Sharda University in India, offering full scholarships to top-performing students in the Malawi School Certificate Examination (MSCE). The scholarships, valued at K20 million each, will be awarded to one boy and one girl from across Malawi, including students from both private and public schools, as well as the highest-achieving student from Maranatha schools, from 2024 to 2027.
The total scholarship fund amounts to K900 million, with costs being shared equally between Maranatha Academy and Sharda University. This collaboration aims to provide exceptional Malawian students with the opportunity to pursue higher education in Delhi, India, and underscores Maranatha’s commitment to academic excellence.
The agreement was formalized in Blantyre, with Maranatha Academy’s Managing Director and Rahul Pal from Sharda University officiating the partnership.
