After emerging as a winner in one of the gruesome Hip-hop beef with Drake, Kendrick Lamar continues to make strong waves in the industry.
This month, he has again set the bar high as he has become the first rapper to surpass 110 million monthly listeners on Spotify with nearly 30 million more than the next closest rapper.
Throughout his career, Lamar has received 57 GRAMMY nominations, winning 22, making him one of the most awarded rappers in GRAMMY’s history.
His single, “Not Like Us”, which was a diss track to Drake was nominated for multiple awards at the 2025 GRAMMYs, including Record of the Year. Through the single, Lamar won 5 GRAMMY’s in the categories of; Best Rap Song, Best Music Video, Best Rap Performance, Song of the Year and Record of the year.
