A woman who calls herself a “doll mom” to 20 hyper-realistic reborn dolls has sparked fierce online backlash, with critics branding her lifestyle “creepy AF” and deeply unsettling.
The woman treats the lifelike dolls as real children—dressing them in baby clothes, placing them in cribs, and staging everyday parenting routines that she shares across social media. Videos showing diaper changes, bedtime rituals, and stroller outings have left many viewers disturbed, questioning where the line lies between hobby and obsession.

Online critics argue that presenting dolls as children normalizes unhealthy attachments and blurs reality, particularly when the dolls are nearly indistinguishable from real infants. Some have described the content as “eerie” and “deeply uncomfortable,” saying it triggers unease rather than entertainment.
Supporters, however, insist the practice is misunderstood, noting that reborn dolls are often used for artistic expression or emotional comfort. Still, the debate continues, with many unable to look past what they see as an unsettling imitation of real parenthood.
