Spanner Advised to Fart Regularly After His Heavy Meals — Health Experts Warn of Hidden Dangers

Malawi’s fearless food warrior, Spanner, has won hearts (and filled stomachs) with his wild weekly eating challenges. From boiled eggs, rice, beans, meat to mountains of nsima — nothing stands a chance on his plate.

But while fans cheer him on for his speed and appetite, health experts have raised a serious concern:

“Spanner needs to fart regularly — or risk damaging his health.”

💨 Holding in Gas After Big Meals is Dangerous

According to nutrition and digestive health experts, eating large amounts of food leads to a buildup of gas in the intestines. If that gas isn’t released, it can cause:

  • Bloating
  • Sharp stomach pain
  • Cramps
  • And in the long run, issues like hemorrhoids or bowel problems

“It’s not about being funny — it’s about basic body function. Spanner’s meals generate a lot of internal pressure, and holding it in can backfire,” one health advisor told Mikozi.

🧠 Farting Is Natural and Necessary

Spanner might be trying to stay composed during his eating shows, but gas doesn’t care about vibes.

“Farting helps the body release excess air and pressure. Suppressing it constantly can even lead to reabsorption into the bloodstream, which can affect your breathing and comfort,” experts warn.

👀 Fans Notice the Pain

Those close to Spanner say that after some competitions, he appears visibly uncomfortable — holding his stomach or walking awkwardly. It’s not stage fright — it’s trapped gas looking for freedom.

🗣️ Mikozi’s Friendly Warning

So to the legend himself — Spanner — and everyone who enjoys heavy meals:

“Please fart. Excuse yourself if you must, but don’t bottle it in. You’re feeding fans with your talent — don’t punish your stomach to protect their ears.”
