Following the traditional wedding attended by a few family and friends on 6th November at Davido’s father’s house in Lagos, International Afrobeats singer, Davido has as of today tied the knot with his long-time lover, Chioma Rowland at Eko Hotels in Lagos. Billionaires
The wedding guests were strictly by invitation as it was meant to be attended by billionaires. The security warned that any influencer or celebrity who dares to show up at the wedding without invitation would be dealt with and be maid into a content of the Chivido 24 videos.
In attendance of the wedding popularly known as Chivido 24 was the Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, alongside Former Akwa Ibom Governor, Udom Emmanuel, Ooni of Ife royal family, Adedeji Adeleke, the wealthy father of David Adeleke(Davido), Davidp’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke who is the Governor of Osun State, the son of President Bola Tinubu, Seyi Tinubu.
Other notable public figures and celebrities at the wedding were, Victor Osimhen,ex-Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, OGB Recent, Israel DMW, Tunde Ednut, Very Darkman
During the wedding, Davido prostrated in front of his bride’s parents begging for their daughter’s hand in marriage, as is tradition.
As the singer lay on the ground, he highlighted his intentions for Chioma as directed, saying, “I have only two words, lifetime assurance.”
I promise you that your daughter will be protected, respected and connected.“

Afterwards, Chioma’s father prayed so as to blessed the two lovebirds.

You are blessed in the morning, afternoon, and night. Everywhere you go, there will be light. Anywhere you go where there is confusion, your presence will bring direction.

As the prayer concluded, Davido raised his head with his tear-streaked face and and it was evident that his groomsman quickly dabbed away his tears
